Satin Stitch

Quick Refresher:

1: To begin, insert the needle through the fabric from beneath.

2. Bring your needle down the distance of the space you want to fill.

3. Continue by adding more stitches until your design or shape is completely filled in. Think of this stitch as “coloring with thread”.

 

Tip

• Use fewer, untwisted strands of floss for a flatter finish.
