Lazy Daisy

Lazy and beautiful...I guess this is my spirit stitch.

Quick Refresher:

1: Begin with a straight stitch down the center of the leaf.

2. Bring your needle down back down into the hole you just made, forming a loop.

3. Bring the needle up one stitch-length away, making sure to loop the thread around your needle.

4. Push the needle down into the same hole you just made, securing your loop.

5. Repeat by bringing the needle up one stitch-length away, catching the loop on your needle.

 

Tip

• Don't pull too tight, your loop should float along the top of the fabric.
