Chain Stitch

This stitch is extra fancy...like pebble ice.

Quick Refresher:

1: To begin, insert the needle through the fabric from beneath.

2. Bring your needle down back down into the hole you just made, forming a loop.

3. Bring the needle up one stitch-length away, making sure to loop the thread around your needle.

4. Push the needle down into the same hole you just made, forming another loop.

5. Repeat by bringing the needle up one stitch-length away, catching the loop on your needle.

Tip

• Don't pull your thread too tight. It should lie flat but and not tug at the fabric.
